Beneath every pain point lies the stuck energy that created it— we explore this energy in order to clear the blocks, burdens and beliefs that no longer serve. This creates an opening, an opportunity to create lasting change.
By guiding clients through a meditation journey within, we identify what’s beneath the challenge or frustration; beneath the negative self-talk and resistance.
By simply witnessing old memories, false beliefs, and unprocessed emotions attached to what’s currently showing up in their lives—the energy begins to shift.
