About the Series
Through Yin Yoga we will gently soften and open the hips and low back—areas connected to the 1st and 2nd chakras and the organs that support grounding, creativity, and hormonal balance. We’ll explore how this region relates to stress patterns, including adrenal activation, and how mindful stillness can help your body shift out of “stress mode.”

Meditation will complement the physical practice, guiding the mind to settle and the energy system to rebalance. Together, these sessions create space for heightened awareness, deep release, and an internal sense of “opening.”
